PERSONALISED WELCOME AND LANGUAGE SUPPORT IN ENGLISH AND/OR RUSSIAN

After having worked with a number of foreign clients in close collaboration with mother tongue interpreters, we believe we have acquired sufficient experience and the appropriate expertise to be able to welcome and assist anyone who is interested in developing an Italian project or acquiring an Italian property.

We are very aware that the decision to embark on an Italian project and the first point of contact and request for information about a property can be somewhat daunting. It is extremely important that one finds a friendly and helpful atmosphere when taking these first steps and when then, hopefully, the project is taken further.

With this in mind, we have decided to circulate information about ourselves in both English and Italian. In addition, for those with English or Russian as a mother tongue, we are able from the moment of our first telephonic contact, to refer interested parties to a member of our team, Gallia, who was born in Russia but who has lived in Italy for over thirty years. [She is
fluent in Russian, English and Italian.]

If desired, Gallia can be on hand to assist any potential purchaser from the moment of their first contact with the vendor until the completion of the project, or until the point when her services are no longer deemed necessary. With Gallia's competent and clear guidance and assistance any project will seem surprisingly easy.

Such service would include:

-       A preliminary telephone call with the potential purchaser in order to establish their particular needs and aspirations

-       Research about and selection of a number of relevant properties from lists drawn up by our own trusted estate agent partners
